Mixologist – Hotel Bar

About the role

We are looking for a talented Mixologist to join the bar team at One&Only Le Saint Géran, a luxury resort in Mauritius. The successful candidate will craft high‑quality cocktails, support the outlet manager, and help deliver memorable beverage experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑class beverage service across all bar outlets.
• Create and refine signature cocktail recipes for events, marketing initiatives and upselling.
• Assist the outlet manager in developing the beverage menu and maintaining cost controls.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with opening and closing checklists.
• Prepare junior staff for beverage competitions and conduct departmental meetings.
• Promote hotel facilities, handle reservations, and respond to guest feedback.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, inventory reports and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate special events and collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• At least a School Certificate.
• National Certificate Level 3 in Restaurant and Bar Service.
