Operational Compliance Officer (AML/KYC)

About the role

You will support the Operational Compliance Services team by executing AML and KYC processes, managing FATCA/CRS requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the client onboarding lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, reviewing documentation and processing investor onboarding files.
• Validate FATCA and CRS classifications, verify GIINs against IRS records, and conduct periodic compliance reviews.
• Monitor compliance obligations, perform basic risk assessments, and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems, and document compliance findings for audit readiness.
• Provide client support, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate complex compliance matters as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification; ACAMS orientation preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in compliance, AML, KYC, or regulatory roles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage compliance deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
