About the role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Coordinator to oversee daily delivery operations. The role involves coordinating riders, customers and restaurant partners to ensure timely deliveries while supporting the operations team and management.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with riders, customers and restaurant partners to facilitate smooth order flow.
- Monitor orders and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
- Handle customer and rider calls, addressing any issues that arise.
- Follow up on delays, cancellations and operational problems.
- Support and supervise the rider team during shifts.
- Work closely with the Operations Team and Management.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle calls with customers.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends when required.
- Enjoys working with people and is responsible and organised.
