Outdoor Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Dodo Eco Ltd, a fast‑growing Mauritian provider of food‑packaging solutions, is seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales & Business Development Executive. Based in Goodlands, you will travel across Mauritius to build relationships with supermarkets, restaurants, manufacturers, caterers and butchers, helping them find reliable packaging products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an existing client portfolio.
• Identify, prospect and secure new customers throughout the island.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits, present quotations, provide samples and follow up on enquiries.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate weekly sales records and reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and results‑oriented.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in French, English and Creole.
• Experience in FMCG, packaging or related sectors is a plus.
