Outdoor Salesperson

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Outdoor Salespersons to join our field team as Face‑to‑Face Fundraisers. You will work in busy public locations, inspire passers‑by about environmental issues and recruit new supporters for our client’s vital work.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members of the public in face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clearly explain the organisation’s mission and current campaigns.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical and professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching and speaking to the public.
• Positive attitude, resilience and passion for environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Sales, marketing or fundraising experience is an advantage but not required – full training provided.
