About the role
As a Client Relationship Executive at HFM, you will present our multi‑asset brokerage products and services to prospective clients, act as their primary point of contact, and guide them through onboarding. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Present HFM’s products and services to prospective clients in an informative manner.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing support.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and develop lasting relationships.
- Maintain deep knowledge of all product features, trading systems, and tools.
- Engage with prospects, respond to queries, and sustain ongoing communication.
- Ensure compliance with Anti‑Money‑Laundering and Know‑Your‑Customer procedures.
- Input accurate data into internal systems and stay updated on daily market conditions.
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; trading knowledge is a plus.
- Sales‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently and achieve strong performance.
- Familiarity with online trading platforms or financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
