People Solutions Manager

About the role

The People Solutions Manager acts as a trusted advisor to organisations seeking to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, culture and workplace performance. You will work with senior‑level clients across Mauritius and the Indian Ocean region, translating organisational challenges into tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own an established client portfolio and a growing pipeline of opportunities, ensuring effective follow‑up and conversion.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with CEOs, HR leaders and senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct client needs analyses to understand organisational priorities and desired outcomes.
• Advise clients on Engaged’s solutions and those of global partners such as Gallup and Arbinger.
• Prepare compelling proposals, recommendations and presentations aligned with client objectives.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand leadership, engagement, culture and people solutions.
• Strengthen the visibility of Engaged and its partners in the region.
• Ensure smooth transition from commercial engagement to project delivery, collaborating with consultants and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a strong track record in business development/solution selling or HR/people development combined with commercial ability.
• Proven ability to manage commercial opportunities, develop client relationships and convert them into engagements.
• Established professional network among HR leaders, CEOs and senior decision‑makers.
