Project Analyst - Print Production

About the role

The Project Analyst supports the planning, coordination and delivery of print production projects, keeping timelines, resources and deliverables aligned across clients, project managers, creative teams and external partners. The role combines traffic management, project coordination and production follow-up, with a strong focus on organisation, communication, deadlines and proactive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse media plans to identify key delivery dates, air dates and production milestones.
• Coordinate project timelines and renegotiate deadlines when needed, updating media plans accordingly.
• Coordinate between clients, designers, creatives, QA, project managers and external service providers.
• Create and maintain project folders in FileMaker, and monitor deadlines and milestones there.
• Track progress and give regular status updates to project managers, highlighting risks, delays and required actions.
• Oversee on-time delivery to external platforms or providers, ensuring quality and format standards.
• Identify risks and timeline conflicts early and escalate them to the right stakeholders.
• Hold regular client check-ins to track progress, clarify priorities and manage expectations.
• Support project managers with day-to-day coordination, planning and follow-up.

Required profile

• Ability to read, interpret and adjust media plans.
• Understanding of print production workflows and project delivery processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing daily client interactions and multiple priorities.
• Excellent French and English-speaking skills.
