Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate end‑to‑end production, localization and adaptation processes for global brand content. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production, localization and adaptation from brief to execution.
• Analyse client briefing requests and translate them into actionable plans.
• Develop project timelines and cost estimates.
• Manage client expectations, resolve production issues and communicate feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, service teams, transcreation partners and creative teams.

Required profile

• Knowledge of video, mailing, digital and print production processes.
• Understanding of web or content publishing processes (a plus).
• Strong self‑starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in business English.
• Ability to adapt work style to diverse client and agency needs.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Fluent business English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
