Project Manager – Print & Creative Production

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating briefs into actionable plans and overseeing the full production lifecycle from briefing to final delivery. This role combines client communication, resource coordination, and quality control to ensure intelligent content is delivered at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into detailed project plans and manage execution from start to finish.
• Organise and oversee the print production process, coordinating internal departments and external vendors.
• Maintain clear project documentation, Jira tickets, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and status updates.
• Assign work to the best‑fit production resources based on skills, capacity and priority.
• Ensure quality‑control steps are completed and assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Identify, manage and escalate delivery, resource, technical and quality risks.
• Provide transparent reporting on workload, capacity, progress and blockers.

Required profile

• Experience in project management or print production within an advertising agency or comparable creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Excellent written and spoken English and French.
• Experience in time scheduling, scope clarification and cost estimation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
