Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will support the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and maintaining the resort's quality management systems. This position ensures all departments meet Constance's standards for quality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure departmental compliance with Constance Minimum standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections, monitor guest satisfaction through ReviewPro and internal messaging, and resolve quality‑related issues.
• Collect, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics, audit findings, and guest feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support the creation and delivery of quality‑related training programs and maintain accurate documentation of all quality activities.
• Collaborate with department heads on continuous improvement initiatives and act as a liaison between the QA Manager and other departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a quality environment, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform or similar guest feedback tools.
