About the role

Hungry Lion is seeking an experienced Quick‑Service Restaurant (QSR) Manager to lead its outlet at Bagatelle Mall, Mauritius. You will be accountable for delivering profitable operations, high‑quality service, and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a competent team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain product quality standards and uphold brand consistency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and quick issue resolution.
• Implement operational efficiencies in line with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education; tertiary qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience managing a Quick‑Service Restaurant.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to lead by influence.
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilient, honest, detail‑oriented, and driven to meet targets.
