Real Estate Agent - Mauritius

About the role

Stanford Realty, a top-10 international real estate agency in Mauritius with its main offices on North and Moka, is looking for a persistent, driven and accountable real estate agent. At least 1 year of real estate experience is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation: work with clients provided by the agency (about 200-300 requests per month), respond quickly to inquiries and guide leads through rental or purchase processes
• Deal management: handle transactions from first contact to contract signing, carry out site visits (including virtual ones), collect and verify documents, complete compliance forms and log activity in the CRM
• Property scouting: research locally for new rental or sale opportunities, visit key locations, contact owners or managers and share new listings with the marketing team
• Executive tasks: make calls, research, write reports, create custom property selections and collaborate with teammates
• Track closed deals and new properties added to the CRM against monthly targets

Required profile

• At least 1 year of real estate experience in Mauritius
• Proven sales experience, including negotiation and closing contracts
• Own car and laptop
• Attendance at office meetings and trainings is mandatory

Required skills

• Customer service and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, organization and time management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the local property market is a strong advantage

What we offer

• Salary of 30,000 Rs with an official employment contract
• Commission of 20-50% and more, with potential monthly income of 120,000 Rs and above
• Working hours 9 am to 5 pm (flexible)
