Real Estate Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our real‑estate sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, support sales representatives, and help promote properties across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in‑person and schedule property viewings.
• Prepare and distribute information packages and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
• Assist sales reps in client meetings, presentations, and open houses.
• Engage directly with potential buyers, present properties, and negotiate deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, interactions, and listings.
• Collaborate with marketing to create property descriptions, digital content, and print collateral.
• Manage online and offline property listings, ensuring up‑to‑date and appealing content.
• Conduct market research on local real‑estate trends and competitors.
• Coordinate sales transaction documentation and liaise with legal and financial partners.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, schedule management, and filing.
• Contribute ideas to sales strategy and participate in team meetings.
