About the role
Century 21 Destination Mauritius is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to manage property viewings, market listings and guide clients through buying, selling or renting processes. You will build lasting client relationships while ensuring compliance with local regulations and staying current on market trends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage property viewings and promote listings to potential buyers and renters.
- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, providing advice on property qualities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with Mauritius real‑estate regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on local market trends and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate transactions.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
