Reservations Consultant

About the role

The Reservations Consultant will join Solis 360’s dynamic team in Ebene, handling daily reservation requests for accommodation, transfers, excursions and cruises. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering accurate information, timely confirmations and a high level of service to travel agents, tour operators and direct guests.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process reservation inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations, confirm bookings and update the internal booking system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to secure availability, special requests and ancillary services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with travel agents, tour operators and guests, resolving changes or issues efficiently.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and record customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to continuous improvement of reservation processes.

Required profile

• Strong reservation experience in a Destination Management Company or hospitality environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with proven sales and upselling abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple bookings under tight deadlines.
• Team player who can build positive relationships with partners and suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective use of email tools and standard office software.
