Restaurant Hostess – Guest Reception

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and polished Restaurant Hostess to welcome guests at One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will be the first point of contact for diners, ensuring a smooth and memorable start to their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance with a warm smile, eye contact and use of their name.
• Check reservations, manage the waiting list and escort guests to their tables.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring menus, drinks lists and reservation sheets are clean and up‑to‑date.
• Answer phone calls, provide information, take bookings and handle guest inquiries.
• Communicate any guest concerns to the manager and follow hotel safety procedures.
• Assist restaurant staff with table resets during busy periods.
• Promote other hotel outlets and revenue‑generating areas to guests.

Required profile

• Neatly dressed and well‑groomed at all times, adhering to the hotel’s standards.
• Flexible to work in any restaurant within the resort when required.
• Familiarity with the hotel’s vision, mission, core values and brand standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
