Risk Administrator

About the role

The Risk Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Local Risk Management function across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will ensure that core risk processes, governance cycles, and reporting requirements are executed accurately and on time, contributing to the overall risk framework of a global fund administration leader.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain risk documentation, trackers, and governance records.
• Support incident management, business continuity planning, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and update risk metrics, dashboards, and committee reporting packages.
• Monitor and update risk registers, ensuring version control and evidence retention.
• Liaise with stakeholders across teams, functions, and jurisdictions to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience in administrative, operational risk, compliance, audit or governance roles, preferably in financial services.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• High attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
