Room Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join Four Seasons’ award‑winning resort in Mauritius as a Room Attendant, delivering the high‑standard guest experience the brand is known for. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to the exacting standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Report for your shift on time and follow the schedule, notifying the Supervisor or Duty Manager promptly if unavailable.
• Collect and sign for the I‑Pod, DECT phone, master key and vacuum cleaner at the start of each duty; report any loss or damage immediately.
• Clean and make up rooms according to Four Seasons’ Sequence of Service, including arranging curtains, emptying and washing bins, and removing wilted flowers.
• Strip and remake beds with pristine linen, clean inside drawers and wardrobes, dust furniture, and polish surfaces.
• Replace minibar glasses with clean, polished glasses and ensure they are free of stains or fingerprints.
• Replenish supplies, check room inventories, and report any maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong sense of responsibility for keys and equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and hotel policies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
