About the role
The Room Server will deliver the highest level of customer service to guests in suites and rooms, providing beverages and food promptly while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages and selected food items to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain suite policies, procedures, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Perform opening and closing suite procedures as outlined in the staff training manual.
- Handle cash and credit/debit card transactions responsibly.
- Act as shift leader when required and assist with organizing and cleaning the department.
Required profile
- Completed Smart Serve beverage and food service training.
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and a well‑groomed appearance.
- Minimum school certificate; additional language skills are a plus.
