Sales Administration Officer (Administrateur des Ventes)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Sales Administration Officer position is based at Tractafric Equipment International in Mauritius. The role ensures end‑to‑end administration and coordination of customer orders, from quotation through to invoicing and delivery, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and status updates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on pending orders, shipping arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain commercial and logistics documentation, including shipping paperwork and freight arrangements.
• Resolve operational issues related to orders, invoicing or delivery, providing timely solutions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Good understanding of the order‑to‑delivery process and ability to work in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or Business Administration preferred.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
