Corporate Relationship Executive

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Executive will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining strong client relationships for Quantum Insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate client opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and secure new business.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing account management, including cross‑selling, up‑selling and contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor pipeline activity, provide forecasts and analyse market trends to support growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, generate qualified leads and promote brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of insurance operations and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
