Sales & Commercial Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Commercial Executive to drive growth for Deals.mu, a leading platform for local deals and discounts in Mauritius. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and close profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business prospects to expand the client base.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
• Maintain a strong professional network to generate leads.
• Negotiate contracts, barter exchange agreements and sales packages.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide sales support, including cold‑calling, social‑media outreach and administrative tasks.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and analyse financial data.
• Deliver ongoing support to advertisers, sponsors and partners.

Required profile

• HSC, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales or a solid understanding of sales processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and quick‑thinking.

Required skills
