Sales Executive – Residential & Commercial Solar Solutions

About the role

Reneworld is expanding its sales team in Mauritius and seeks a motivated Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial solar PV solutions across the North and West regions. This field‑based position involves direct client interaction, independent prospecting, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial client meeting to signed contract and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct on‑site visits, assess property needs, and recommend tailored solar solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team that handles diary management, administration, and dossier preparation.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of leads provided by the company.

Required profile

• Proven B2C or field sales experience; experience in solar or energy is a plus.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and independently assessing client requirements.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive in generating new business opportunities.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Valid driving licence.
