Sales Executive - Solar PV Solutions

About the role

Reneworld is expanding its sales team and is hiring Sales Executives to sell residential and commercial solar PV solutions across Mauritius. The role is field-based and suits someone who enjoys client-facing work, independent prospecting and closing deals. It is open to people living in the North and Centre regions of Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from the first client meeting through to a signed deal and beyond.
• Conduct site visits and advise clients on solar solutions tailored to their property.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals.
• Prospect independently and close deals; a support team handles the diary, administration and dossier management.

Required profile

• Proven B2C or field sales experience; solar or energy sector experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and assessing client needs independently.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive in generating new business.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Valid driving licence.
