About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll drive strategy, growth, and brand consistency across all our brands — from bowling and family entertainment to our wider business verticals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams across all entities.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Set and drive sales targets, and pursue new partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B opportunities.
- Oversee brand consistency, creative campaigns, and content across digital, print, and on‑ground channels.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives – social media, paid ads, email, SEO – with a data‑driven approach.
- Report on performance and present insights to management.
