Sales Representative – Blind Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to join our team in Dagotière. You will promote blind solutions to homeowners, businesses, architects and interior professionals, delivering tailored recommendations that match design preferences and functional needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through site visits, lead follow‑up and networking.
• Prepare accurate quotations and present product options, colors and finishes.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and ensure a smooth hand‑over to installation teams.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and track sales performance.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, providing after‑sales support and fostering brand loyalty.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service aptitude, with experience in lead generation and relationship building.
• Interest in interior design and space planning, able to advise on product selection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, goal‑oriented and committed to ethical conduct.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, construction or interior‑related fields is an advantage.
