Senior Accountant, Fund Accounting

About the role

As a Senior Accountant in Fund Accounting, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of financial statements, Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, and client deliverables. You will use strong technical accounting expertise to support asset managers, drive operational excellence, and maintain high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate financial statements, NAV calculations and client deliverables, ensuring precision and adherence to client‑specific requirements.
• Apply accounting standards and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance with internal controls and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Asset Managers and internal partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to preparers and team members, promoting best practices in fund accounting.
• Identify and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in fund accounting and NAV calculation.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to investment funds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with asset managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
