Senior Accountant – Private Equity & Asset Management

About the role

Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients across Issuer Services, Real Estate and Private Equity structures, delivering high‑quality accounting and financial reporting. This senior position offers the chance to deepen technical expertise while developing leadership skills in a collaborative, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts and other accounting deliverables in line with IFRS, US GAAP and other relevant standards.
• Build strong client relationships, partner with auditors and internal stakeholders, and support audit processes.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations and VAT returns to ensure consistency and quality.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Required profile

• ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, or comparable experience.
• Experience in financial services, accounting or audit with exposure to Issuer Services, Real Estate or Private Equity structures.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP preferred).
• Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver high‑standard service.
