Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Parallels is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join its Data Analytics team. You will work remotely, using your quantitative background to explore large datasets and guide decision‑making for the B2C Marketing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build a comprehensive understanding of customer journeys across the digital ecosystem and analyze churn, acquisition, and trial‑to‑conversion processes.
• Make data‑driven strategy recommendations for customer acquisition, activation, retention, media‑mix modeling, marketing attribution and experimentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders and data‑engineering teams to define key metrics, create scalable dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Manage multiple complex projects in parallel, work independently to unblock dependencies and deliver results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, product or revenue analytics.
• Advanced database and data‑transformation skills, preferably with Snowflake and dbt.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance and quality best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
