Senior Dayforce Talent Consultant

About the role

HR Path Group, through its Eaton Square Consulting Department, is looking for a Senior Dayforce Talent Consultant to help clients implement and optimise Dayforce Talent solutions. You will work closely with HR and talent teams to translate business needs into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Dayforce Talent workstreams from discovery through go‑live, covering recruiting, performance, goals, learning, career development and succession.
• Run client workshops, gather requirements and design practical Dayforce configurations.
• Configure, test and optimise Dayforce Talent functionality based on best practices.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing and issue resolution.
• Provide functional guidance, product demonstrations, training and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants and other functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist clients with post‑go‑live improvements and continuous optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dayforce, focusing on Talent modules.
• Strong expertise in at least two Talent areas such as Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Goals, Career or Succession.
• Proven track record delivering client‑facing HCM implementations or consulting projects.
• Solid understanding of HR and talent management processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, collaborative approach with confidence in managing client relationships.
