Senior Executive – Fund Administration & Tax

About the role

The Senior Executive will support Apex Group's global fund administration and middle‑office services by ensuring accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance, and high‑quality client deliverables. You will act as a key liaison between clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and coordinate with auditors.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison.
• File statutory returns (Annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients, and ensure AML customer due diligence.
• Coordinate team work and monitor day‑to‑day tasks for timely completion.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in global business or audit environment.
• Degree with substantial progress towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of statutory accounting and tax filing requirements.
• Understanding of AML customer due‑diligence procedures.
