Senior Fund Accountant – Hedge Fund NAV & Reconciliation

About the role

The Senior Fund Accountant will be responsible for the daily and monthly NAV calculation and reconciliation of hedge fund clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of any breaks.

Key responsibilities

• Review and prepare NAVs for hedge fund clients on a daily/monthly basis.
• Perform cash, position, and market value reconciliations and resolve breaks.
• Validate pricing, corporate actions, and dividend/interest reconciliations.
• Accrue/amortize management fees, financing accruals, and other non‑security fees.
• Process non‑automated transactions, including OTC derivatives and related cash movements.
• Manage fund migrations, meet SLA targets, and support audit preparation.
• Communicate NAV estimates, query resolutions, and ad‑hoc requests to clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support automation projects.

Required profile

• Experience working in an investment management or finance‑related firm.
• Approximately 4+ years of accounting experience in fund administration.
