Senior Fund Accountant

About the role

The Senior Fund Accountant will be responsible for preparing NAVs and related reconciliations for hedge fund clients, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly NAVs for hedge fund clients.
• Perform cash, position and market value reconciliations, resolve breaks and communicate with clients.
• Review portfolio pricing, corporate actions and ensure correct booking.
• Accrue/amortise management and financing fees, process non‑automated transactions including OTC derivatives.
• Communicate NAV estimates and query resolutions to clients and handle ad‑hoc requests.
• Book capital activities, support audit preparation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of accounting experience, preferably in fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partly qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Hard‑working, accurate, eager to learn and collaborate as a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fund accounting software (advantageous).
