Senior Graphic Designer - eCommerce Assets

About the role

Publicis Production EMEA Hub, part of the global Publicis Production network, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to design and deliver digital assets for eCommerce, including Amazon A+, Brand Stores and landing pages. The role covers the full process from brief to final delivery, with mentoring of junior designers and support for workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver digital assets such as eCRM materials, websites, banners, interactive PDFs, sales presentations, Amazon A+/A++ and Brand Store content, and other eCommerce material.
• Own projects from brief to final delivery and work with team members and stakeholders on project requirements.
• Create, adapt and localise assets for different brands, retailers and markets while following brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Ensure work meets quality, accessibility (WCAG/EAA) and retailer standards, and review deliverables to maintain quality.
• Mentor junior designers, lead internal project discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Identify production challenges and suggest improvements to workflows, and manage several projects at once with well-organised files.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, eCommerce graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience creating assets for Amazon and other e-retail platforms, and experience with global brands and international teams.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher), written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, project management and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma, including design systems, components, variants, auto layout, prototyping and developer handoff.
• Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Firefly.
• Photo editing, retouching, masking, colour correction and preparation of production files.
• Generative AI tools and familiarity with visual analysis tools such as Feng-Gui, Vizit or Samureye.
• Understanding of typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy and accessibility.
