Senior Incident Management Analyst

About the role

Allianz Services is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Global Incident Management (GIM) team in Mauritius. The role ensures that security incidents are assessed, communicated and resolved efficiently, supporting the protection and resilience of the Allianz Group worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor global risk signals 24/7 and triage alerts using defined thresholds.
• Perform initial incident assessment, determine impact and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication with leadership and ensure end-to-end incident management until closure.
• Document incidents, produce advisory reports and maintain case records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to meet regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Risk Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in security monitoring, incident management or crisis coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) and stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with NIS2, DORA and ITIL frameworks is beneficial.

Required skills

• Incident triage and impact assessment.
• Use of monitoring platforms such as Dataminr and Everbridge.
• Case/ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Basic data analysis and reporting with Excel or Power BI.
• Analytical thinking, prioritisation and pattern recognition.
