Senior Invoicing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Invoicing Officer to own the end‑to‑end billing cycle for our global investor services business. You will ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements while supporting month‑end activities and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, validate and issue invoices in line with service level agreements, applying correct approvals and expense allocations.
• Analyse billing data and staff time‑recordings, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Produce billing performance and recovery reports, highlight variances and support trade debtor management and month‑end close.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing queries, collaborating with operational and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve billing processes, contributing to automation initiatives and enhancing controls.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in invoicing, billing or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of internal policies and regulatory requirements governing invoicing.
