Senior Print Designer

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Senior Print Designer to join its Production team in Mauritius. You will ensure the highest visual and technical quality of final artwork, lithography, and print deliverables while collaborating with Creative, Production, and Account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain technical and visual quality of all final artwork and production outputs.
• Review, optimise, and finalise layouts, print files and production materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across print and digital executions.
• Manage lithography, retouching and final artwork processes.
• Oversee colour management, proofing, print approvals and final releases.
• Partner with Creative, Art Direction and Production teams to execute concepts flawlessly.
• Perform quality checks on typography, image retouching and artwork.
• Contribute to workflow improvements, automation initiatives and production best practices.
• Coordinate with external production partners and print vendors.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Production or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in print design, final art, lithography or production design.
• Strong expertise in pre‑press, print production and cross‑media execution.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality‑control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with international teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of colour management and proofing processes.
• Experience with lithography and final‑art workflows.
• Knowledge of pre‑press and print production standards.
