About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on Showroom & Growth Consultant to manage our 20 Pieds / Grand Baie showroom. This position blends sales, operations, and business development, requiring a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients, providing product information and recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate deliveries, stock movements, and manage returns.
- Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations, ensuring a tidy and functional environment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the northern region.
Required profile
- Based in the North – mandatory.
- Comfortable with operational and physical tasks.
- Strong client‑contact and commercial mindset.
- Experience in hardware, retail, or construction is a strong advantage.
- Driving licence appreciated.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
- Practical, energetic, and solution‑focused.
