Software Engineer – Payroll & HR Platform

About the role

EasyPay is seeking a Software Engineer to join its on‑site team in Quatre Bornes. You will help design, build, and enhance a web‑based payroll and HR platform that serves a growing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new and existing features of the payroll platform.
• Write clean, secure, well‑tested code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software developer with a backend focus.
• Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core or any comparable OOP language.
• Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
• Comfortable working across the full stack when needed.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
