Sourcing & Buying Planner – Procurement & Planning

About the role

The Sourcing & Buying Planner sits at the core of our operations, working closely with an Account Manager on dedicated accounts. You will manage both sourcing and buying streams, ensuring projects stay on track and orders are delivered on time and to brief.

Key responsibilities

• Source products and ideas for clients, respond to requests from Account Managers or directly from clients.
• Manage supplier price requests, compare offers and select the best quality‑to‑price ratio.
• Prepare quotes, create presentations and liaise with the Graphic Design Department to align artworks with brand guidelines.
• Resolve customer and Account Manager issues, issue invoices and follow up on payments.
• Place orders, issue purchase orders and verify compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and warehouses to ensure timely delivery and keep clients informed.
• Cross‑check supplier invoices against purchase orders and submit job cards for accounting.
• Plan and manage priorities across multiple active projects and support the Graphic Design team.

Required profile

• Experience with CRM tools and customer service.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of production planning and printing techniques.
• Good IT proficiency and ability to work autonomously.

What we offer

• Salary range: 30,000 – 45,000 MUR per month.
• Working hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with some flexibility.
• Hybrid work model after 6 months (minimum 3 days onsite).
• Health insurance after one year (2/3 of costs covered).
• Transportation allowance.
