About the role
Join the spa team at One&Only Le Saint Géran, delivering five‑star hygiene, cleanliness and guest care in line with ESPA and hotel standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and close down the spa according to brand checklists.
- Conduct regular walk‑throughs to ensure cleanliness, stock levels and presentation of amenities.
- Turn client lockers quickly with appropriate amenities.
- Remove dirty linen without disrupting guests and deliver it to housekeeping.
- Maintain therapist preparation areas and liaise with F&B for refreshments.
- Assist therapists with treatment set‑up and post‑treatment clearing.
- Support reception, guide guests to changing rooms and explain facilities.
- Monitor equipment, report maintenance issues and keep changing rooms, toilets and showers sanitary.
Required profile
- At least a school certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Spa Attendant in an international ultra‑luxury resort.
- Knowledge of proper chemical use for cleaning and sanitisation.
Required skills
- Proper chemical handling and usage.
- Good knowledge of spa treatments and services to answer guest enquiries.
