About the role

The Spa Manager will lead daily operations of the resort’s acclaimed spa, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every guest. Based on-site at Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa, this full‑time position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on service delivery in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, treatment delivery, and team activities to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback, address concerns, and continuously improve the guest experience.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and assist with budgeting and revenue targets.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the spa.
• Collaborate with resort leadership on promotional packages and marketing initiatives.
• Lead training, mentoring, and performance management for spa staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing spa operations, preferably in a luxury resort or high‑end hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and personalized guest care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
