Testing Specialist (m/f/d) – Business Acceptance Testing

About the role

Allianz Services is looking for a Testing Specialist to lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) activities. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts, business stakeholders and project teams to ensure that system changes meet defined requirements and support the expected business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute test scenarios and test cases according to the agreed testing approach.
• Validate business requirements through functional, end‑to‑end and non‑regression testing.
• Document test execution results and provide clear evidence of outcomes.
• Identify, log and track defects, retest resolved issues and verify successful resolution.
• Support test data preparation and test environment validation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected results.
• Participate in defect‑triage sessions and provide testing feedback.
• Escalate testing risks, issues and blockers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to test status reporting and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) or Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective test execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
