Training Design Specialist (English/French Bilingual)

About the role

Dayforce is looking for a bilingual Training Design Specialist to create and maintain digital learning experiences on the MyPath platform. You will work closely with product, services and customer success teams to deliver engaging, on‑the‑job training for both internal and external users in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain standardized training content across Dayforce modules.
• Modernize existing materials into scalable, reusable learning assets.
• Create software simulations, instructional videos and process documentation using AI‑powered tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep content accurate and aligned with product updates.
• Support customer content deployment, manage MyPath requests and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience developing eLearning content with Articulate or similar authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex software concepts into clear, user‑friendly training.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and independent multitasking.
• Interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance content creation.

Required skills

• Articulate (or comparable eLearning authoring tool).
• AI content‑generation tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
