Trust Relationship Manager

About the role

The Trust Relationship Manager will support the efficient and profitable administration of a portfolio of trusts and company structures for Standard Bank Offshore. This role involves comprehensive oversight of complex fiduciary vehicles and close collaboration with wealth and investment teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor trusts and company structures, ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as an authorised signatory and build effective relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Identify and refer new business opportunities to Trust Executives to grow the company’s portfolio.
• Provide clients with regular updates on query status and resolution plans.
• Manage risks within the administered portfolio, adhering to the Administration Charter.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in wealth and investment services.
• Strong knowledge of trust and company administration across various jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret trust deeds, company memoranda, articles of association, and related documents.
• Understanding of financial and accounting requirements for trusts and companies.
