About the role

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables for services ranging from 600 to 1,000 seats.
• Welcome guests, provide personalized advice, and ensure a friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, health, and Club Med’s heritage preservation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to support buffet, plated, and show‑cooking experiences.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities during busy periods and special events.
