About the role
BrandActiv is seeking a motivated Accounts Trainee to support its Finance Department for a one-year fixed-term contract. The role offers hands-on experience in accounting operations within a fast-moving consumer goods environment across several African markets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Support invoicing, filing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Help prepare financial reports and related documents.
- Handle administrative duties for the Finance Department.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of records.
Required profile
- HSC or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
