Analyst I, Scheme Registrations and Reporting

About the role

The Analyst I will manage card scheme registrations and produce mandatory compliance reports, ensuring merchant accounts are correctly registered and meet global payment network rules. This role involves data validation, reporting and supporting PCI DSS compliance within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end merchant registrations for card schemes.
• Validate merchant documentation for accuracy before submission.
• List terminated merchants on VISA (VMSS) and Mastercard (MATCH) systems.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reports.
• Monitor persistent merchant activity and remediate G2 content alerts.
• Maintain reporting trackers, documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and respond to management information requests.
• Learn and apply card scheme rules, internal controls and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required skills
