About the role
One&Only Le Saint Geran, an ultra-luxury resort in Mauritius, is looking for an Apprentice (Intern) to support its daily operations while gaining practical experience in a luxury hospitality setting. The role offers exposure to key operational departments chosen by the candidate, including Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office and Housekeeping, while building professional, technical and guest service skills.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary, Business or related academic program.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
